Antoine J. Wallace Jr. is a dedicated advocate for social change and the founder of The Just Cause Foundation. A proud graduate of Lincoln University, he emerged from a challenging background as a product of child protective services, which instilled in him the values of resilience and empathy. His sense of community and unwavering dedication to helping others are deeply rooted in his Caribbean heritage and the strong Black women who raised him, instilling in him a profound sense of unity and social responsibility.. Wallace's lifelong passion for helping others has been evident from a young age, as he began his journey in community affairs and service during middle school. This early involvement naturally paved the way for him to establish The Just Cause Foundation, a testament to his dedication to making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

As the founder of The Just Cause Foundation, Wallace has dedicated himself to creating a brighter future for marginalized communities. His remarkable journey from adversity to advocacy showcases the transformative power of determination and a deep sense of purpose. Wallace's story serves as a beacon of hope, reminding us all that with unwavering dedication and a commitment to helping others, positive change is not only possible but inevitable.

Lawrence Lisby III

Lawrence Lisby III, a native of West Philadelphia and an alumnus of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, has always held a deep sense of duty to his community. His journey began as a City Year Greater Philadelphia corps member, which, in turn, led him to become an educator. These experiences instilled in him the importance of service and education as catalysts for transformation.

Lawrence's love for food, music and travel, enrich his perspective on life and contribute to his growth as an individual. Guided by the powerful motto, "To whom much is given, much is expected," Lawrence has assumed a pivotal role as President of The Just Cause Foundation. In this capacity, he is dedicated to effecting positive change and serving as an inspirational force for our organization and the community at large.

Meet Marshayla, a dynamic brand strategist and marketing powerhouse with an unshakable passion for fashion. Hailing from Pennsylvania and now flourishing in the bustling city of Atlanta, Georgia. Marshayla is a proud HBCU grad holding an MS in Global Fashion Enterprise.

Beyond her career achievements, Marshayla's heart beats for service and community. As a dedicated member of the first black sorority, ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA, she embodies the spirit of service and compassion, with roots firmly planted in her love for making a positive impact.

Not just a professional and a sorority sister, Marshayla is a spiritualista and sound bath enthusiast who finds solace in the cosmic vibrations and the power of self-discovery. A lover of both the mystical and the mundane, she's also a devoted plant mom and a connoisseur of shrimp tacos.

In the heart of Buckhead, Atlanta, Marshayla serves as the Lead of a Communal Workspace at a thriving luxury resort-style fitness club. Here, she collaborates with others to breathe life into their ideas and paint a brighter future through community service, weaving together creativity, connection, and impact.
